Below, you’ll find answers to the most common questions about The Bespoke Route, including what’s included in each package, how flexible the service is, and how we’ll work together to create a seamless, stylish itinerary for you and your group.

Do you only plan group trips?

While The Bespoke Route specialises in group travel, we also plan solo, couples, and family getaways on request. If you're after a bespoke itinerary that prioritises ease, style and thoughtful detail, you're in the right place.​

Can I book a custom package outside of what’s listed?

Absolutely. If you need something more tailored, a retreat, multi-stop trip, or something in-between. we are happy to create a bespoke planning package that fits your needs. Just mention this in your Discovery Form or during our call.

How far in advance should I book?

We take bookings up to a year in advance, so anytime that is good for you. We do however recommend no later than 8 weeks in advance of your trip, especially for group travel. This allows time for research, adjustments, and optional extras. We can accommodate tighter timelines for an additional fee.

How does payment work?

Full payment is required upfront to secure your booking. Once payment is confirmed, we begin designing your itinerary immediately. All payments are non-refundable due to the time investment involved in custom planning.

Can I speak to you before booking?

Yes! After filling in the Discovery Form, we’ll set up a 30-minute call to discuss your trip, answer your questions, and recommend the best package for you. There's no fee for this call, just clarity and connection.

Do you offer giftable experiences?

Yes, bespoke itinerary planning makes a wonderful gift for someone celebrating a milestone or planning a big trip. Let us know if you'd like a custom gift voucher or announcement card.

Can I request edits after receiving my itinerary?

Of course. Each package includes 1–2 rounds of revisions, so you’re confident in every detail. Additional edits or changes can be requested as needed.

Do you handle the actual bookings?

Full concierge booking services are only available in 'The Signature Route' or as an additional add-on. In other packages, we guide you with clear booking links, tips and supplier suggestions.
